What will we discuss at our first meeting

We have many questions to help us better understand you and your business
Don't worry, this won't be a traditional interview with pre-prepared questions. Normally, we just go with the flow, ask follow-up questions, and exchange ideas during a conversation. However, the questions in this questionnaire are designed to ensure we cover all the important points
  • Regarding your business:
    • What is your product or service, and what customer problems do you solve?
    • How do you position yourself, and what sets you apart from competitors?
    • Where do you generate the most revenue?
    • How do you reach your clients?
    • Who is your target audience?
    • Which sales channel is the most effective for you?
    • What is the primary goal of the company at present?
  • Regarding the task:
    • What is the primary task your department currently wants to achieve, and what are your immediate plans?
    • Why are we launching this project now, and what prompted this decision?
    • How do you propose to solve the problem at hand, and why do you believe creating a podcast is a more effective strategy than investing in direct advertising?
    • What specific metrics do we aim to influence, and how will we measure success?
    • Who is the target audience for our project, and why is it important to engage with them?
    • What insights are we basing our strategy on, and how do we intend to address the pain points of our target audience?
    • When is the proposed project start date, and what significance does this timing hold?
    • How will you define the success of the project, and what criteria will you use to determine its success or failure?
    • What are your concerns or potential risks that could arise?
    • If we are not discussing the launch of a new project but rather the maintenance of an existing one, what were the results achieved previously?
  • Regarding distribution:
    • Do you use social media or other methods to engage with your clients or target audience?
    • How many people are on your social media marketing (SMM) and marketing team, and what are their roles? How can podcast content support their efforts?
    • Which channels can we rely on to generate organic traffic?
    • Where will we guide individuals from the project for conversion
  • Regarding cooperation:
    • How can we best support your team? How can we complement your efforts?
    • Why do you believe our collaboration would be beneficial to you?
    • What are your expectations for our interaction? What criteria are important to you when selecting contractors to work with?
    • Could you provide insight into your company's structure? Who will be involved in the project from your end? Who will be responsible for making key decisions? Who holds the final authority?
    • How do you typically select contractors? Are there other companies being considered besides us? When do you anticipate making a decision?
It's okay if you don't have answers to all these questions; that's completely normal. During the call, we will try to capture the essence and fill in the gaps later.
